Who we are

These terms apply to the service operated by Humble Venture Group Media ApS (CVR 45148246, VAT DK45148246), a private limited company registered in Denmark with its registered office at Honningvænget 3, 1. tv, 8381 Tilst, Denmark. We do business under the Fika Art brand via fikaart.com.

Our role: we facilitate, the artist sells

FikaArt is a platform that connects you with independent artists. The seller of each workshop is the artist who runs the session, not FikaArt. FikaArt acts as the artist's agent: we collect your payment on the artist's behalf through our payment provider, deduct a 10% platform fee, and pay the remainder to the artist.

This means the commercial responsibility for the workshop — that it goes ahead, its content and quality, and any cancellation by the artist — sits with the artist, not with FikaArt. FikaArt is responsible for the platform, the booking system, and payment processing.

Booking and payment

A booking is binding once payment is completed. The payment is collected by FikaArt on behalf of the artist running the session. We accept Stripe (card), Swish and Klarna.

Cancellation

You can cancel yourself up to 48 hours before the session, using the link in your booking confirmation, or from "My bookings" if you have an account. We refund the full amount paid minus the non-refundable processing fee that our payment provider (Stripe) charges on each transaction. We don't get that fee back when we refund you, and we want to be transparent: we keep no profit on timely cancellations, we return exactly what is returned to us. After the 48-hour cutoff we can no longer refund the seat.

Attendance and refunds. A workshop is a live, in-person service delivered at the scheduled session. Once you attend a session, the service has been delivered in full and the booking is non-refundable. If something was genuinely wrong with your session, you must tell us in writing within 7 days of the session date; we review timely complaints case by case. Complaints raised after 7 days cannot be considered.

No-show. If you do not attend and have not cancelled at least 48 hours before the session, your booking is non-refundable.

Liability

The workshop is run by the artist, who is responsible for its content and delivery. FikaArt provides the platform and payment processing and is not responsible for the session itself. Participation is at your own risk. Neither the artist nor FikaArt is liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Age restrictions

Sessions marked 18+ are for adults only. Family sessions welcome children accompanied by an adult.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to your own painting. FikaArt material and brand are owned by FikaArt.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
